Wonderful hotel, fairly clean, excellent staff, location right next to the metro station so easy access to the city centre was excellent! Had a silent classic king room, which allowed us to enjoy great view of the sunrise. The bathroom was marble and the bed was lovely.

The venue's position was very central. Our breakfast was fantastic and amazing at 10.45.

The location was particularly good and perfect, close to the center, places of interest, and parks. Gentle and friendly staff with exceptional service by all the staff. I liked the room with a nice view, the bed was perfect.

The air conditioning in the hotel was not up to par, especially during the hot wave that hit the city. It took hours to have it checked and even then, it struggled to cool the room enough.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room on the 8th floor was very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was large and well-maintained. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the subway and within walking distance of the city center. There were restaurants and a Starbucks nearby, as well as an El Corte Ingles. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site parking and the helpfulness of the staff, especially the polite and skilled buffet and restaurant staff.

had a fantastic valintine's day vacation at a well-located hotel in madrid. the hotel itself, including the foyer, cocktail bar, and outdoor seating area, was fantastic. the staff were so lovely and the beds were massive and super comfortable. highly recommend Princesa Plaza.

Unbeatable location close to the subway, department store, supermarket, shopping center, and tourist attractions. Very responsive staff. Booked a room on the higher floors. The breakfast was rich with lots of good food and drinks.
